Aminotech Labs ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or place an order, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our website, you agree to the terms of this policy.

  • Information you provide: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, account credentials, and order details.
  • Payment information: payment card details are collected and processed directly by our PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Order and customer service records: purchase history, returns, support tickets, and correspondence with us.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps.

2. How we use your information

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations (including tax and accounting requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order records are typically retained for at least seven years.

We use cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels, and SDKs) to operate the site, remember your preferences, secure your session, and measure performance. The categories we use are:

  • Strictly necessary: required for core functionality such as shopping cart, checkout, account login, load balancing, and fraud prevention. These cannot be disabled.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor due diligence — to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website and products are intended for adults conducting laboratory research and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International transfers

We operate in the United States, and your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers are located. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.
