No. None of our products have been evaluated or approved by the FDA. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, or medical devices. Aminotech Labs is a chemical supplier and is not a compounding pharmacy (503A) or outsourcing facility (503B) under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

Most of our compounds are not controlled substances and do not require a federal license. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, handling, and use comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws — including any institutional review board (IRB), biosafety, or import requirements that apply to your facility.

No. Resale to consumers, repackaging into dosed units, compounding into injectables or oral formulations, marketing for human or animal use, or any diversion outside of laboratory research is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we believe may be diverted.

We currently ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to jurisdictions where the import or possession of our materials is restricted. Orders flagged by our compliance screening may require additional documentation before processing.

Every lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) that includes HPLC purity, mass-spec confirmation, lot number, manufacture date, and storage recommendations. A Safety Data Sheet (SDS) is available on request and should be reviewed before handling.

Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20 °C and protected from light and moisture. Reconstituted material should be kept at 2–8 °C and used within the timeframe noted on the COA. Always handle with appropriate PPE (gloves, eye protection, lab coat) inside a controlled laboratory environment.
