Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you") and Aminotech Labs ("Aminotech Labs," "we," "us"). By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Research-Use & Compliance disclosures. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

You must be at least 21 years old and affiliated with a licensed research institution, accredited laboratory, contract research organization, or independent investigator conducting bona fide in-vitro research. By ordering, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria and are not purchasing on behalf of a consumer or end-user.

All products sold by Aminotech Labs are analytical reference standards and research chemicals intended strictly for in-vitro (test-tube and cell-culture) laboratory research. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, food, cosmetics, or medical devices, and have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA.

You agree NOT to, and not to allow any third party to:

• Administer, ingest, inject, inhale, or otherwise introduce products into the body of any human or animal.
• Resell, redistribute, repackage, relabel, or compound products for human or veterinary use.
• Market, advertise, or represent products as suitable for therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, or nutritional purposes.
• Use products in any setting other than a controlled laboratory environment by qualified personnel.
• Use the site or products in violation of any federal, state, local, or international law, including export-control and controlled-substance laws.

Violation of this section is a material breach and grounds for immediate order cancellation, account termination, and referral to applicable authorities.

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase, not an accepted contract. We reserve the right to verify, modify, limit, suspend, or refuse any order at our sole discretion — including for suspected diversion, compliance concerns, fraud, pricing errors, stock limitations, or jurisdictional restrictions. An order is accepted only when we ship the product and email you a shipping confirmation.

All product descriptions, sequences, molecular weights, COA data, and images are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, typographical or analytical errors may occur and we reserve the right to correct them without liability.

Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or excise taxes. Payment is due in full at checkout via the payment methods we accept. By providing payment information, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the total order amount, including shipping and taxes. Declined or reversed payments will result in order cancellation.

We currently ship within the continental United States. Lyophilized peptides ship in insulated packaging via overnight or 2-day carrier service. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Origin). You are responsible for providing a valid shipping address at a qualified research facility and for ensuring someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive shipments.

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research chemicals, all sales are final and we do not accept returns once a package has shipped.

We will issue a replacement or refund (at our discretion) only in the following cases:

• Damaged in transit: Vial broken, packaging compromised, or cold chain visibly failed on arrival. Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package, vial, and shipping label.
• Wrong item shipped: Lot does not match the product ordered. Report within 7 days of delivery.
• Out-of-spec COA: Independent HPLC analysis (performed at an accredited lab and shared with us) shows purity below our published 99.0% standard. Report within 30 days of delivery.

Claims outside these categories — including buyer's remorse, change of research direction, shipping delays caused by the carrier, refused deliveries, undeliverable addresses, or degradation from improper post-delivery storage — are not eligible for refund. To start a claim, email support@aminotechlabs.com with your order number and supporting documentation. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Orders may be cancelled at no charge if requested before the shipping label is generated. Once a label is created or the package is in transit, the order cannot be cancelled and standard refund rules above apply.

You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws and institutional policies applicable to your purchase, possession, handling, storage, and disposal of our products, including IRB, IACUC, biosafety, OSHA, EPA, DEA, and any state-equivalent requirements. You agree to handle all products using appropriate personal protective equipment in a controlled laboratory setting and to dispose of waste in accordance with applicable regulations.

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED COA-BACKED PURITY WARRANTY DESCRIBED ABOVE, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMINOTECH LABS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PRODUCTS ARE SAFE OR APPROPRIATE FOR ANY USE BEYOND LABORATORY RESEARCH.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMINOTECH LABS, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR RESEARCH RESULTS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aminotech Labs and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your use, misuse, or diversion of any product; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

The site, including all text, graphics, logos, COAs, product names, and software, is owned by Aminotech Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without our prior written permission, except for reasonable personal and internal research use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in Wilmington, Delaware. You and Aminotech Labs waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or placement of new orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
